Delays & Exceptions

  • Production or shipping may take longer during busy holiday seasons.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us  and we’ll help.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package is returned, we can reship it to the corrected address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
